I have been working at Arby's for three years now and I would have to say this is one of the best ones I have been to. The crew there is friendly and laid back, not all in your face. \t\n\t\nSome of their staff will even carry your food to your table for you or cook hot food just for you. If you are a regular there (like me) they have your food cooking as soon as they see you come in! My order was never right, so I just gave up. Now I only go to restaurants that make food fresh to order (i.e Five Guys). I always ask for my food to be hot/fresh (and I don't mind waiting for this), but it was always cold/luke warm, or scorching hot after being nuked in the microwave. Somehow they always ended up putting everything I said I didn't want on my sandwich, on the sandwich. I find this to be a theme at several Burger King restaurants (see my other post about the Clayton, NC BK). I walked in one day to see the workers making the sandwiches w/their bare hands, and the cashiers were talking about how the workers making the sandwiches were getting things wrong all day. Someone also came in that same day complaining about the meat not being fully cooked. Needless to say I just walked out. Too bad Gordon Ramsay doesn't help chain restaurants, I would definitely like to see some of them on Kitchen Nightmares. ...read more
