I had the worst exp. with this company... Carrie, the owner is very arrogant and rude. I made and appointment with them and when they made a scheduling "mistake" as she called it, they never apologized and were very unhelpful. I took a day off of work to meet with them and all she kept saying was it was a miss-communication.. I would have been happy to re-schedule if they would have apologized, but they never did. I simply made the comment in a non-rude way, that if they couldnt get the initial consultation right, that I would hate what they would do on my wedding day... Said have a good day and left. I received a nasty email from the owner, and quote.... "too bad" for you, Miss Dalton...you lost out on having the most fabulous flowers ever imaginable simply because you chose to be narrow minded and self-centered" and quote " "I hope you never make a mistake or have any mis-communications in your life Miss Dalton so you won't have to be unfairly thought of or talked about.. ...read more
