I have used Co-Z homes on three of my properties. They did a complete tear off, repair and replaced the roof on my carriage house. Did extensive repair and replacement on the exterior of my home, even a complete "gut job" on a bathroom. We called on Co-Z Home LLC to install new gutters on our home, and make some much-needed repairs on several areas where wood had rotted due to water damage. From the start to the finish Co-Z Home did a great job! They were thorough, professional, attentive to detail and doing things the right way, and responsive to the unexpected things that seem to always pop up with these types of jobs. They gave us a very detailed estimate initially, showed up when they said they would, and communicated well with us as the work progressed.
