Rick and Co was offered payment in cash for there original balance of $826.00 because Mr Cottrill called me to be there to let them in and pay them there monry he set up the appointment for a monday after 4:00 i was there and waited until after 6:30 no show from ottaway's electric and no phone call. They left more than 10 lights with the bare wires hanging out from the ceiling and then would not return to finish there work but kept billing and sending nasty letters for full payment. Thanks to RANDY'S ELECTRIC THEY were on the job and finshed RICK AND CO work and was paid there invoice of $375.00 in CASH. Randy's Electrical is the best but beware of a company that wants full payment for a job un-completed. And Mrs Ottaway says the job was done.
