I prefer to give it about 3.5 stars. The food is good, though many selections are fried. Depending on what day I have dined there, service was low fair to excellent. Seating is not comfortable, and the tables crammed together too tight. Not unusual for the patron at next table to hit me with their elbow while eating and upon rising from their seat. I have had some outstanding meals there, and some that were ill prepared. All boils down to timing, but I never had a "terrible" time there. Only indifferent to good. Prices are about the same as any seafood/steak restaurant in the area. The decor is very nice, I encourage customers to read the little flags while waiting.
