My mom and her friend (both in their 70's) came to your store today for a sheet of plywood and it to be cut to certain measurements. They had to load the wood (it was cut into 3 sizes) on their own. These older women are not use to handling , loading and securing this kind of materials in their pickup truck. Three young men that work for your company stood by and watched without offering any help. One young man did come over (after being asked) to close the tailgate. He said that it didnt need to be tied down. The women traveled back to Hiawassee terrified each time the wood shifted. It seems like in today's time, that a store would be very aware of its customer service and remember that the public (especially the older people) are the ones that buy items in order for the employees to get a paycheck.
