We received a call a few weeks ago and went out to see the customer . When we arrived we were in formed that they wanted all new siding , new windows , guttering and close in the back porch and change to a laundry room. Well this was a nice job. They then informed us that they had checked us out on Angie's list and we had high ratings. They did not even call any other companies to come out. This i s what you get friends when you are honest and give people what they pay for. The scams these other companies have are disgraceful and not all of them are doing it but I have seen a lot on T.V. on these windows installed under $200.00 . The other is the first 800 square feet of siding for around $1,500.00 . Well most houses are 1200 square feet and more so you will pay dearly for that remainder covered. Scam after scam, we see and high pressure salesmen misleading with about every statement. We are proud to be on Angie's list and appreciate our customers rating us as they did. I have noticed these TV ads increasing that continue to say premium windows installed for $187.00. Well I am here to tell you that when I follow these TV smooth talking salesman into the same homes , the customers are floored at my price. It seems somewhere between that TV ad and the customers house the price has tripled and in some cases through the roof. They look at me and say ...now is that the price of the labor or the windows ? Naturally I say that is complete turn key job.I am always 5 to 6 thousand dollars lower than these TV windows. I am even giving them Americas number 1 window that has won the JD Power Award back to back now . As far as installation, we challenge anyone to beat our workmanship. Why they want to say $187.00 installed is just a hook to get into your home and they are trained to mislead you. We insulate ,seal and wrap the windows for one said price and give you America's best built window. I also agree with many of you out there that a investigation should be done and these misleading tactic should be stopped. I keep telling everyone to never deal with a out of town company when it comes to your home. They used low grade cheap materials and you can never get them back if you have problems. We tell everyone to go to our main site and click on our windows and read up on the best windows made in America today. Just think you are getting the best windows and far better workmanship with a lifetime factory warranty for about a third of the price that the TV companies are offering. You know TV advertising is very expensive and those salesmen have to make a commission . Then the company has to make their share and then the actual laborers are paid. Well here at Four Seasons Siding and Windows , you have none of that . We deal hand to hand with our customers and work on the job too. This way , you are the big winner and getting better prices , windows or siding and the best workmanship around. So the next time you see these outrageous ads come on TV saying you can get these windows installed for $187.00 , just look at it as a cartoon and laugh the same as they do when they beat a customer and are laughing all the way to the bank.   ...read more
