Ive been a customer for over 15 yrs. Always had a good experience dealing with them until this past year, I started noticing my pain meds were not lasting a full month...1st I thought someone was stealing them from, so purchased a lock box n still was coming up short! So then counted my meds right after pick up n found I was short by 20 pills... I talked it over with my Dr. About how to approch this problem, with his advice next time I called the manager and spoke with him about this problem. Well he wouldn't even let me finish before interrupted me and said " I won't do a inventory because I know that the count was right"!!! That was it, I was short again another month. I've had this same problem at medical pk west as well. I hate leaving because of someone who is working there is stealing!!! I have built friendships over the years with most employees and now being forced to leave just so I can get a full count of my medicines which I have to have to enjoy a full life...I really hate this, I pray that the thief will be caught. ...read more

I use Medical Park East for all my medications. I love the friendly family atmosphire and the fact that Jeff, Amanda, and the other Pharmacists take the time to talk to you and answer any questions you have concerning the medications or in general. If I could give you a 100 rating you would definately get it. ...read more
