Sean Brennan poured a concrete pathway for me and it cracked and had chunks of concrete falling out the very next day. He boasts of having over 20+years experience in concrete work but this definitely was not reflective in the quality of work he performed for me. Sean took to responsibility for the faulty construction of my sidewalk. An independent engineering firm concluded that the cracks and chunks falling out are due to improper control joints. The unevenness is due to him installing an improper base for the concrete. It will cost $4000 to correct his incompetence. Anyone with similar problems with this company should contact the North Carolina Consumer Protection Division in Raleigh, NC. ...read more
