This place is so bad....they keep cars for a long time...the owner is never there. My car was there for 6 months for brakes! Then out of no where it need an engine. I thought they knew what they were talking about..paid for it got it back and took it some where else and was told ..engine was not changed! I will never again take my car to hartsell's. This auto repair shop has been lying to us for weeks now,Every time we talk with them we get the same double talk, that the repairs are almost done, it's been over 3 months and still no vehicle.The repair job has already been paid for, the car was returned because of bad engine noise (clicking very bad)after they said that the engine was rebuilt.We are in the process of filing legal action against hartsell's service center, to get our money returned. ...read more
