Dont waste your time. The tech told me one thing and he turned in a different thing to Lowes, so now my warranty is void, and I dont have a dryer. The tech was rude. I was called on 2 different days at 730 am to tell me they would be here on Wednesday. I will never do business with them and will be filing a complaint with Lowes and the BBB! ...read more

They advertise they repair all makes and models. I called & explained the problem (leaky water line) and gave the make & model (GE Profile). They told me a tech would call back. When the tech called I told him the problem & the make & model. When he came he took a look at the fridge & told my wife that he could not fix it because the parts are too close on this model & it would probably leak again (this is the 1st problem in 9 years). He told us to call GE and said he was going to do only charge $69 instead of the $89 quoted. My wife did not want to get into a confrontation since she was alone, so she paid. When I called the company to let them know I felt scammed, He kept talking over me to get GE and to make sure I document everything since it would leak again. Then he had another call to answer.
