Worst place I have ever lived. Manager Kaci Clemmer the most rude people I have ever dealt with. My apartment is infested with ants. The parking is in adequate, the lighting is bad. Their is black mold every where. They are poorly built. . Kaci does not tell you about all of the section 8 takers (renters) in the complex. It is not safe to walk the complex at night. Several young men are always selling drugs in the parking lot. There has been 3 drug stings in the complex in the last year. The cops are out here all the time. 3 of my neighbors moved because they did not feel it was safe to live here. There has been several burglaries in the complex. One last month on the second floor of my building. They stole every thing he owned but 1 TV. They advertise this as aparments living. Far from it. This company is completely unproffessional and rude. I could not believe it. Our company rents out apartments frequently for our employees. I was discouraged with the initial lack of communication on their end, so I politely discussed my concerns. Either way, this lady hung up on me and told me she didn't want my business. I could be wrong since I only talked to one person, perhaps the other employees would of been more helpful.
