You would think on a day like valentines they would have enough drivers to get there orders delivered before the day is nearly over. And it would be nice if they informed you when you place an order that they do not honor time requests on holidays. And to make things even more annoying after calling 3 or 4 times and finally getting through the lady answering the phone gets an attitude with you and informs me there is no way she can know when they will be delivered then hangs up before I can even finish talking, apparently spending 90 dollars on 12 roses and a cheap vase isnt worth there time to care about there customers. ...read more
