STAY AWAY!! This place is run my SLUM LORDS. I have never dealt with such unprofessional practices in my life, they assume because you are poor and need to live here you have no idea what your rights are.1. Roach INFESTATION and nothing is done about it.2. They threaten to tow your car with NO legal reasoning3. They fix literally Nothing.4. Didn't say water was NOT included in the rent which means your paying MORE then you would at a place with central heat and air, a pool, a rec room, NO BUGS.5. Says IN THE LEASE they are never going to charge you pet rent, then after they take your pet deposit tack on a charge every month with your rent to have your pet-and if you call them out on the legal binding document they signed-they tell you, you cant have your pet anymore. They strong arm EVERYTHING.NO MORALS.STAY AWAY it is in NO way worth it, the heaters don't work there is ONE window AC unit in the entire apt, and they lie constantly and refuse to do anything.You will be miserable ...read more
