BEWARE: They are scammers and are scoping out your house. My neighbor did not answer his door and one of the guys started taking pictures of his house. When I asked them what he was doing he denied having a phone and covered his face. His accompliace was at across the street and was giving me the finger. Austin said he was a certified arborist and had a forestry degree from NCSU, yet he was not able to provide these credentials.
