Toucan Tan is the best tanning salon i've ever been to. I have been tanning for about 7 years and nothing has ever even come close to topping the experience i have at toucan tan. With 3 locations you'd think that managing a clean salon with friendly employees would be hard work, but that is obviously of great importance to the owners. There has never been a time when i've been sent to a partially cleaned room. There are never smudges on the beds, walls or floors. Trash is never in the individual trash cans in each room. Toucan Tan takes pride in knowing how to treat customers. The girls that work there are all smiles when you walk through the door, never failing to ask about my day. The hours are extremely reasonable, with being open on saturday and sunday. with the news about the increased risk of skin cancer, i had questions; the employees were able to tell me exactly what UV rays did what and how i can prevent skin cancer and still be an active tanner. This place is great! It was very clean and had plenty of beds. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products and tanning. I have not went to a tanning bed since I was in high school which was about 11 years ago. So I was very white and they were able to tell me how long I should tan for each time so I would not get burned. I brought the 1 month unlimited package and went everyday before my vacation. I had 3 weeks to get a great tan and I did what the staff said and never got burned, so in 3 weeks I had a dark tan. All my friends and family noticed and they all told me it looked very natural. I did research around town before I went with Toucan Tan. I called all the tanning salons to get the best rate, the most beds and the best hours. This place beat out all of them in all three categories. Their hours are great they are open Mon-Sun and they stay open late on the weekdays until 9 pm and had the best hours for Sunday then the other places which is great since I only had 3 weeks to get a good tan. Their prices were cheap for what you get and they have allot of beds. To top it all off it is in a safe location and very clean and sanitary inside. The staff cleans the beds after every use and they are very fast so you dont have to wait long. The most I had to wait was for 10 min one day and that was after work at 5:45 on a weekday when it is very busy since everyone gets off work around 5 and 6. The staff is upfront with you before you buy any package. They go over everything and even let you know how many diffrent level beds they have before you select your package.
