PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MILLENNIUM PROPERTIES (MPI). THEY ASK FOR TWICE AS MUCH AS WHAT THE HOME IS WORTH. I LIVED IN ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND THE PROPERTY NEEDED TO BE RENOVATED.. IT HAD MOLD, BUGS, NOT ENERGY EFFICIENT, BAD PLUMBING AND SO FORTH. THE STAFF THEIR IS RUDE AND ILLITERATE.. We invested $ in a property "owned by MPI" I gave a $5000.00 down payment and timely rental payments each month. They allowed my house to be foreclosed on and now I am in search of finding a new home as well as a lawsuit to get the monies refunded to me by Steven Onyeberchi. Dont fall into this trap like I did.
