He deserves no stars, and he is a scam, all he does is take people's hard earn money, to make is living.. It is not right and he should be jailed, and the key thrown away........

SCAM AND UNPROFESSIONAL
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MILLENNIUM PROPERTIES (MPI). THEY ASK FOR TWICE AS MUCH AS WHAT THE HOME IS WORTH. I LIVED IN ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND THE PROPERTY NEEDED TO BE RENOVATED.. IT HAD MOLD, BUGS, NOT ENERGY EFFICIENT, BAD PLUMBING AND SO FORTH. THE STAFF THEIR IS RUDE AND ILLITERATE.. IF YOU WANT TO GIVE AWAY YOUR HARD EARN MONEY FOR A RUN DOWN RENT-TO-OWN PROPERTY, GO TO MILLENNIUM PROPERTIES(MPI).

BEWARE!!!!! SCAM!!!!!
We invested $ in a property "owned by MPI" I gave a $5000.00 down payment and timely rental payments each month. They allowed my house to be foreclosed on and now I am in search of finding a new home as well as a lawsuit to get the monies refunded to me by Steven Onyeberchi. Dont fall into this trap like I did. They dont own the homes. They have "investors", yeah right. IT IS A GET RICH QUICK SCAM for MPI.
