Company never answers its phone and you are asked to leave a message. My phone was broken at the time and I was not comfortable leaving a call-back number at work. I used the email address instead that was provided on the website to make an appointment. I put in a request for a specific date and time. Someone from the company emailed back and said they did not answer their phones when they were with a client and I needed to make the appointment by phone. In my opinion, that is very poor service. The email address was posted on the website and someone contacted me from that address so it was indeed a valid address. She should have accommodated the appointment, but I never heard back from her. The communication was rude and I choose not to do business with a company that handles their business as if they are doing me a favor. They can keep the coupon I purchased from Living Social. It's not worth the hassle. ...read more

I will never return to this place again. The customer service is nonexistent and the owner is a passive aggressive hack who's business practices are sub par. I don't know how this place stays in business. ...read more
