I bought a coupon on living social from this place. I made an appointmenta week before, call an hour before to make sure I was still on schedule. Joyce confirmed my appointment is still on schedule. I showed up at 6:25 and my appointment was at 6:30 p.m. I drove from Winston all the way to Greensboro(ELM ST) only to find out the door is locked, called, waited until 7:00 and guess WHAT NO ONE SHOWED UP. Next day not a phone call, I call and Joyce said someone was suppose to be there. I thought what kind of place is this to do business with, so I call Living social and had my money refunded. Never would I recommend anyone to go there for anything. There are better service, with quality people who care about your time. Apparently these people has no values. Company never answers its phone and you are asked to leave a message. My phone was broken at the time and I was not comfortable leaving a call-back number at work. I used the email address instead that was provided on the website to make an appointment. I put in a request for a specific date and time. Someone from the company emailed back and said they did not answer their phones when they were with a client and I needed to make the appointment by phone. In my opinion, that is very poor service. The email address was posted on the website and someone contacted me from that address so it was indeed a valid address. She should have accommodated the appointment, but I never heard back from her. The communication was rude and I choose not to do business with a company that handles their business as if they are doing me a favor. They can keep the coupon I purchased from Living Social.
