The product is ok, but the customer service is HORRIBLE!! The delivery guys made a mess out of my carpet, the store associates promised credit or free delivery with my next purchase. Neither of which I received! The owner of this franchise does not care about the customer at all! After I asked if he was willing to loose a good customer over this he simply replied "ok"..
