The parts manager is ignorant and uneducated. I SPECIFICALLY told him what part I needed, and what make and model it went on. When it came in, it was the wrong part, so when returning it, he blamed it on me, the customer, (who is supposed to be treated with respect). He was extremely rude, and became angry at me for his own mistake. Needless to say I won't be giving them any more of my business. I would not let them touch my bike in a million years. ...read more

I had a set of tires put on my bike. The front axel was not seated and the exhaust was not re-installed right. They just forgot a couple of bolts. When I took the bike bike, their first comment was,"Problably would be a charge, we didn't do any thing wrong". It was not until I asked for the owner did they fix their mistakes for free.
