Our tankless water heater in our new home started acting up, and our home warranty found CP&R as apparently one of the only plumbers in the area willing to work on it. The previous owners had installed in improperly, and they quoted us a modest sum to bring it up to code. They had never worked on this type of water heater before, but they did extensive research to find the problem. The heating element had been damaged and through contact with the manufacturer they realized it was still under warranty and got it replaced for free. About a month later the water heater was back to giving us error codes and they sent another team out who realized the gas line they had replaced was still too small. They promptly fixed it at no extra charge. Had a water main between road and house start leaking after 34 years. I got estimates from 3 plumbers and Carolina Plumbing told me they wanted my business and would do it for less than any other quote. They came in at first in the middle or esitmates, but agreed and went under lowest estimate. They were prompt and got my line replaced and back online in one day. They had to put in a new line about 85 feet through woods with many and large roots. They were professional and did a great job. Would call again for plumbing needs. ...read more
