this place was not a four star review as i pulled in. :) i had a mini bike that i need a throttle cable. i went there and walked in every one was real nice i aked if they had the part i needed and that actually Cut their lunch break short to assist me. there a top notch customer service and they are extremly good at making custonm bikes. if u are going to get a mini bike buy from them beacuse they mostyloikley have two of the same model so if anything break just go ahead on back L:D hope thisa helps ...read more

MERIDIAN MOTORCYCLE IS A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP. I PURCHASED MY KAWASAKI HERE AND RECEIVED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE SALES STAFF WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS I HAD.\t\nTHE PARTS DEPT. STAFF TOOK THEIR TIME WHEN I WANTED TO ORDER ACCESSORIES FOR MY BIKE.\t\nTHE SERVICE DEPT. STAFF ARE ALWAYS EGAR TO OFFER ADVISE AND TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS. I DO KNOW I HAVE ALSO HAD TO WAIT A COUPLE OF WEEKS TO HAVE MY BIKE WORKED ON DUE TO THE BACK LOG DURING THE SUMMER.
