would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this shop to anyone! My mother & I have been longtime customers of this shop (over 12 years or so) and yesterday, (12/22/10); I had the MOST EXTREME CASE of HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The owner, Kathy, had the worst reaction to a simple mistake on my part-I forgot my claim ticket. Basically, she began to raise her voice & flex her vocal 'muscle' at me for something that I'm sure was not a Capital Offense. Then she 'barked' at me "Well! What is the name!?!" at which I responded "No... I will not be spoken to like that" & proceeded to gather the shoes & purse off the counter that I was dropping off as well. At this point, she starts yelling at me to "Get Out !" of her store. I asked her "Aren't you supposed to be the owner of this store?" to which she replied (still yelling)-"Supposed to be???
