ordered carport on 10/04/10. I had not heard from them by 10/18/10 and had to call them and they still could not give me a scheduled time for delivery. Getting someone to answer the phone is extremly difficult.The carport has not been installed as of 11/03/10. Installation was scheduled for 11/02/10. I phoned them at 2pm on 11/02/10 and they said the installer would be there by 5pm. At 4:30 they called and said the installer did not have enough materials to do the job.
