This place can't be for real. Can anyone be more rude on the phone?? Will they return your phone calls, NO. I have waited 3 weeks for a simple bulb for my projection TV. I could have ordered one on Ebay and had it in 3 days, but I have a GE Extended warranty that requires me to use this place. I can't believe the lady that answers the phone could treat another human being the way she has treated me. Please do not even give this place a call, they could care less. Every time I call to see what is happening they act like they had never placed the order in the first place. After a week, I asked if it usually takes this long to get parts and she "it can". OK, fine, but now it is 3 weeks later and the last call she says the part is ordered and should be in in a few days. Am I expecting a call when it arrives, NO. Have I called GE to beg for another shop to fix my TV (yes). Run from this place, I beg you. They are running a 1950's business in the year 2008. ...read more

I went into this store to change from AT&T to verizon. I was not greeted, people were rude, no one wanted to help me. Another Customer told me about a verizon store just 3 miles away. It was inside of Circuit City behind toys r us. 3400 Westgate Drive. As soon as i walked in I was greeted warmly by jovannie and He anticipated all of my questions. True Professional. There were no lines at all. and on top of that he informed me that my employer (State) offered a 20% monthly discount. I have to say this was my best sales experience ever.
