Customers BEWARE!! Dougs Transmission is a disgrace to the automotive world, The owner, Doug Jernigan, is the most money hungry, clown of an owner out there. I payed him to fix my transmission and it broke down a month later. I took it to another transmission shop and the first thing they said to me was, Have you had your transmission worked on lately? Come to find out, they didnt tighten up all the plugs within the transmission and re-destroyed the transmission!! Mr. Jernigan kept stating that the Warranty was out, even though ALL his work is guaranteed for 3 yrs, per his radio advertisement on Triton Radio. After not standing by his work and honoring his own warranty, he had the audacity to say, how do i know someone didnt go under your vehicle and take out the plugs, haha. I have never had any plugs fall out to my other vehicles, but just so happen to fall out after his work.
