I recently went to Babies R us for gifts for my friend who had just had her baby. I was getting restless and upset due to the lack of knowledge of the staff and even the manger who I believe was Scott. After walking around for about 30 minutes, I was approached by a young woman named Angel. I bombarded her with questions as I had done everyone one else with no results and bless her heart she went well above anything I had ever expected to help me. She told me she was new and had only been there a few weeks so what she didn't know she would go find out for me! She was so pleasant and helpful you now have a customer for life! I order a 400.00 ATV from these clowns....They called my phone when it arrived but did not leave a message just called.....noticed the missed call and called back the next day.....The loser who answerwed the phone asked me to hold after I explained that someone called and I wanted to know if my order was ready. Paid for a 400.00 ATV over 10 days ago and someone was to call when it came in. She said she was going to check and told me to hold. I held for 30 mins and no one returned to the phone. I called back and it was busy all day. I called all their numbers 704-979-3410, 704-979-3414, 704-979-3411, 704-979-3412, 704-979-3413. Busy all day! I will and I mean I will never odrer anything from this low class toy store again.The employees are ghetto, rude, and know nothing about customer service.
