Parkside Village Apartment Homes

I would not recommend Parkside Village. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything! Walls and window are terrible drafty - my electric bill was outrageous! Mold was coming out from behind shower walls into the tubs. When reported, it was only covered up, not tested and repaired properly. Homeless people would hang around at night. Didn't feel safe out after dark. So happy my lease ended when it did! ...read more

Hey my name is Tashauna Lane. I heard about your housing based on income. I wanted to know if you would let me stay there. I'm 17 years of age with a child. I'm a single mother. I was wondering if you would give me a chance. I will make a good resident. I keep to myself and I'm still in school. This is my last year at Clayton High School. I just need to get out on my own. I'm begging you for the help. Also, I was wondering do you have rental assistance. ...read more

Amelia Village Apartments

I moved her a year ago under a priviate renter which you could havea opion of in the back of apartment complex. I thought yeah the people are pretty nice here maybe I will stay another year but rent through Amelia Villiage instead of a private person. BIG MISTAKE. It looks great on the outside but that will desive you alot. I went from living on the third floor to thinking that living on the first would be better. It wasnt. When I first moved into my apartment I was not given the proper time with the lady I was renting from, going home was a better option for her then staying and waiting until I finished. I feel as though if I havea problem I am bothering them at the front desk and they will take care of it if they want and they have still failed to make a nosie complant to our upstairs neighbors and I work two jobs and get barely any sleep. They fail to keep the grounds clean in the back of the complex ...read more
