I was not satisfied with the quality of service. The staff was not friendly or helpful. The staff did not adhere to the time schedule. Although they're not the least expensive prices, they're not over the top. I'm very pleased with how convenient this business' location is. Went for a walk through of the facility not only are the rooms small but they smelled of urine and bm! I saw a total of 4 cockroaches as I was going through !! I don't even want to know what the kitchen looked like. The residents looked unhappy and I was asked if I had anything to eat by 3 residents Makes you wonder if they feed them! i went do a tour for my grand mother as soon as you open the door the smell hits you!!! i know that the residents can't care for themsselve's but thats why there's cna. it was filthy, smelly, and no courtesy at all there was no conseyaire and everyone walked pass like i was not standing i had to chase someone down to help me and then waited another 10 for a head cna i think she called her self a head rca, whatever she was a idiot couldnt answer any of my question!! on my way out a cna asked was i planning on bringing my loved one i told her at this point noooo!! she said good because they have" BED BUGS" enough said! i wouldn't leave my dog at this place!! and sanitation score was an 85 enough said!!!!!!!!! ...read more
