I was not satisfied with the quality of service. The staff was not friendly or helpful. The staff did not adhere to the time schedule. Although they're not the least expensive prices, they're not over the top. I'm very pleased with how convenient this business' location is. Went for a walk through of the facility not only are the rooms small but they smelled of urine and bm! I saw a total of 4 cockroaches as I was going through !! I don't even want to know what the kitchen looked like. The residents looked unhappy and I was asked if I had anything to eat by 3 residents Makes you wonder if they feed them! The staff was completely unprofessional I would not recommend this place to anyone!!
