When the water heater broke last Thursday morning, I immediately panicked seeing the amount of water rushing from under the broken unit and starting to flood my basement. What I did seconds after that is what saved my carpet, walls, furniture and electrical equipment… I gave Benjamin Franklin a call. It was a great relief when you showed up in a very timely manner and ensured that there was no further damage to my home. I appreciate the expert due diligence that was performed on the environment and the various options you provided me. I just wanted to take the time to let anyone that is looking for a plumber to call BENJAMIN FRANKLIN PLUMBING!!! In a nutshell me and my mother's faucet broke off into the sink on Friday August 30th and water was everywhere in the kitchen. We called your company and the plumber called the house to ask for directions and he came when he said he would. He introduced himself over the phone, came in, did the work to correct the problem. He was professional, courteous, and polite to my mother. I have over 30 years of customer service so I know a little about being polite and kind.
