This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life!! My hair is ruined! I know that you have to sign a waiver because they are students, but I also THOUGHT the supervisors would be there to check on things regularly. This was certainly not the case!! My hair is totally ruined and I would never recommend this place to anyone! It will cost me a lot more money than I saved by going here to ever get my hair damage fixed. It will probably have to grow out to really ever be fixed. If you have to go there, don't see anyone but a senior student, and even then, it's a real risk! Don't give up if after two clicks you haven't found the product pages. They're definitely worth the effort. While my next purchase will be my first with HSI, I am familiar with the products they offer and can state based on personal experience that they do work, and well at that.
