I would not recommend this urology department. It is hard to get to their office because it is in the hospital. It takes months to get in and then you are dismissed when you give your symptoms. I was treated poorly. The nurses take forever to call you back. ...read more

Pharmacist essentially called me a liar! She refused to believe that my script had been transferred to their pharmacy so that I could get the $25 gift card. She did not offer to call the pharmacy that I said it was transferred from to validate my story. With all the customers waiting in line behind me, I was made to feel badly as the pharmacist argued with me, so I finally left without my gift card. Every time I try to get the $25 gift card by transferring my script to them, they have changed the rules that you have to follow to get the gift card making me ineligible! GRRR!
