Kellie is absolutely the BEST teacher ever! I was skeptical for years about Pilates, thinking it was too slow, not a good workout, etc., but after taking sessions with Kellie and feeling the difference in core strength and flexibility, I am a believer. My husband, an avid cyclist and amateur racer, believed Pilates was a gimmick until I convinced him to try 2 sessions with Kellie. Now he is 100% on board saying he has never felt better. I've taken Pilates from other teachers, but none of the others have Kellie's natural teaching gift. She is motivating, explains the procedures clearly, and makes sure she understands any goals and/or physical issues along the way. We LOVE Kellie and Blue Sky Pilates!!! ...read more

I would give them a zero rating if that were an option. They do not welcome you when you enter the door, they make you wait while they gossip instead of seating you and performing you service - even when there is no one else in the shop!\t\n\t\nSome of the techs seem to feel like they are too good to perform work on certain customers. They will pass you along to the newbies and wait for the fellow Indians to come in. They are rude, obnoxious and unprofessional. HORRIBLE-NEVER VISIT THIS STORE, PLEASE FIND ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! I have visited this store on several occasions and never had a good experience, but this one in particular was OUTRAGEOUS! After haggling with them to give me a discounted price on some hair that was mangaled and was not in its original packaging ( no bag at all), I finally purchased something. I left the store and turned around after remembering that I had forgotten something. I went back into the store and the owner accused me of stealing-a pack of hair that SHE HAD IN HER HAND. How did I steal it if it is in YOUR hand? She claimed she had footage of me placing "something" in my bag. She proceeds to LOCK the door and claimed she called the police. I patiently waited for them to arrive in the meantime reviewing the camera footage, so that she could feel like the ignorant person she was. After seeing that I did not place anything in my bag she began to smile and apologize. I proceeded to call the police for her antics, thinking she had already called them; as I am on the phone she then mentioned that she did not call them. I let her know that she had lost a good customer and I would never return. She then tried to bribe me w free items and be friendly. I exited and waited for the police to arrive so that I could file the report. No thank you! PLEASE save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere, preferably a shop w quality hair products and customer service! I will not support any business that treats people with stereotypes in mind...please you all do the same.
