Purchased a b/w and color cartridge for my printer. The black worked fine, but the color cartridge did not work properly. Called the store and was told they were having problems with that type of cartridge, try and clean the plate and if it still does not work they will exchange it. Well, I brought the cartridge into the store and they tried to clean it, but one color was still not working, remember this cartridge has not worked since day one !!! I was told that they cannot get it working, but one of the colors was half gone and they would sell me another cartridge for 50% off the price !! I asked why I needed to pay at all for an item that did not work, they said because 1 of the 3 colors was half gone... I would have expected either a full refund or a no cost replacement, but it seems that the store wanted more money from their customers than to address the quality problems with their cartridges. Going forward I will purchase replacement items from a reputable store like Office Depot... I guess you get what you pay for... ...read more
