For the third time I've made an apt at this spa and had to wait because 'we just put someone in'. What part of apt time doesn't make sense? The answer from the desk staff was ' well most people are usually late."" well not me. \t\n\t\nSince the new mgmt and with Tara and Tamara gone customer service has gone downhill. \t\n\t\nSo why make an apt at a specific time if it's not going to be held? \t\n\t\nFinding a new spa after this session is complete. ...read more

New owners but won't be in business long! Received 1 week trial coupon having been a prior member encouraging a return now that the spa is under new management. Thought this was great and it is that time of year to start/renew a membership. Went to use it and once you show up they have all kinds of terms to use including you MUST bring a friend.You cant refer a friend, can't give them a coupon to come in when it is convenient for them, they must be with you. Now I am in my 40's so it is not a teenage thing and none of these requirements were in the promotional letter. VERY frustrating experience. I even waited 15 minutes while the receptionist texted the owners. I went down the street and signed up at Sun City and had a very nice experience. This is the prettiest tanning salon I have ever seen! Not only is this salon beautiful, but the staff is so friendly and knowledgable. I went into the salon looking to get a tan for my best friend's wedding this weekend. I had never even considered trying a spray tan since I am very fair skinned normally. The lady who helped me out was so excited to show me their spray tan booth and all of the great products that I could get to keep my spray tan longer. After she showed me the steps of what to do while in the booth, she also let me watch a tutorial video in the lobby. There was no way I could mess this up, and the lady who assisted me was a walking advertisement for how natural the color was going to be. I was so excited to try it out, and now a day later, I am so glad she educated me about how awesome a spray tan could be!
