First let me say, We attended for about a year. Our child was in recreational gymnastics. We are not one of those parents with aspirations of our daughter becoming the next Shawn Johnson. We just wanted a fun safe environment for our daughter to learn how to do a cartwheel or a handstand or two. With that said... If you like being a number and not a customer. If you like the thought of over-crowded classes. If you like the thought of instructors (high school kids) that are more interested in chatting than helping your child. If you like a facility that changes policies on the fly to benefit there situation. And, if you like poor customer service, then TAG is for you. In case you would like more evidence of the poor customer service, here goes. My daughter recently missed a class. Last Saturday, during a normal class I asked the staff person if they could find a day and time that my daughter could make up the class. They gave me the following Monday at 6:30 pm.
