After an initial walk through with owner Dave from Neighbor Boy Inc on a job I had done - aeration, seed, top dressing of SOIL for entire lawn, hand scratch dead area, straw, the job was not done right. Repeated conversations and emails reiterating it was not done right - he never came back to make it right. So, homeowner, if you use them get detailed writing up front for what is to be done. This company does not stand by their word though work done in the past was great I have to say - basic aeration. I am very disappointed with this job and they wont fix it. They charged me twice and still did not do what I asked them to do. The DIRT they put down was actually ground mulch and the seed to date is not growing. Starter fertilizer I paid for I don't see any of that either. Thought I could trust Neighbor Boy Inc but I guess they are just like many others out there grab the check and run. If you are in the Cary North Carolina area I would think twice about using them for any work. ...read more

I HAVE USED NEIGHBOR BOY INC FOR 3 YEARS..AND I HAVE BEEN IMPRESSED WITH ALL THAT HE HAS DONE FOR MY YARD.. DAVE REALLY HELPED ME WITH OTHER THAN JUST THE YARD WORK.HE CLEANED UP MY NATURE AREA MULCHED IT, ALL MY FLOWER BEDS TRIMED MY SMALL BUSHES AND TREES AND JUST MADE MY YARD LOOK GREAT IF I HAVE AND ISSUE HE IS THERE TO CORRECT ANY THING WRONG OR NEEDED HE DOES A GREAT JOB ..AND IS VERY NICE TO WORK WITH AND TALK TO.. THANK YOU DAVE FOR WONDERFUL JOB YOU HAVE DONE AND STILL DO..I HAVE HAD 5 OTHER YARD WORKERS IN THE PAST AFTER THE 1ST TIME THEY JUST GOT SLACK FROM THERE ON..DAVE KEEPS IT RIGHT EVERTIME..IF YOU WONT YOUR YARD DONE CALL ON NEIGHBOR BOY INC ..YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPPOINTED..HE PUTS 110% INTO HIS YARDS ...read more
