they catch you as you walk past thier Kiosk and comment on your hair or your outfit. they get you into a conversation about their products. never is there a price displayed, a return policy. they tell you these irons can be replaced every year if you keep the box. they showed us a website on his phone that showed the irons for 299.00 - I said that is too much for an iron. he said he will give me one free if I buy one. my daughters loved the iron or what the one that he was using at the time of the demo. who even knows if the iron in the box is the same product. they completely lied about everything, they did not tell us the return policy - gave us a few of what we thougth were FREE products,clenaing kit and shampoo and conditioner. my bill ended up being 358.38 - he said that included tax and warrantee for the two irons. - he wouldnt' take us to the register until the other lady was being checked out, probably because she was being charged something different.don't shop there SCAM.
