National Gown Cleaners & Archival Products

A co worker recommended National Gown Cleaners after using them for her 3 daughters wedding gowns. I called and made an appointment and met with Jennifer. She looked over my gown in great detail and then gave me a cost of $235.00. I was shocked at the cost since I was given estimates from 3 other cleaners in San Francisco ranging from $400.00 up to $700.00. I was pleased with the price range and I was getting real museum quality services to boot. I then had a chance to inspect my gown after they finished the cleaning and it was perfect! About a week later I picked the gown up. Jennifer removed the lid and I got a chance to see my gown one more time before I left the office. I appreciate the quality service and reasonable pricing. They tell you to email instead of calling since they don't take phone calls when helping customers in the office. I understand that since I heard the phone ringing several times each time I was there. They are very fast at email response.
