These guys got my rear suspension springs installed on the wrong side. They have the brochures for this brand in their showroom, and the springs have tags with "A" and "B" on them, but they didn't know and didn't ask me about it. They also failed to notice one spring is taller than the other. Well, after charging more time and money than I thought was reasonable for the job, they then made it "my fault" for not telling "them" about the side-specific springs. They offered to correct the mistake, my mistake, for the low low price of 2 hours of labor - $100! I can do it for free at home with a jack and cordless impact wrench in less than 2 hours! I know this because I did the front springs myself - and got them on the right side the first time. I know there aren't many truck and 4X4 places around here but I'd go to great lengths to avoid Blue Ribbon.
