Back in July I ordered at Treadclimber TC10 which I found to be assembled incorrectly by an older technician sent from Missoula, MT. I noticed something was not correct when the control panel seemed to jiggle a lot. After some looking at the manual I saw that the frame was assembled incorrectly and the unit was missing at least 6 necessary screws. I contacted Nautilus and spoke with Justin, Virginia, and Alex who were all extremely helpful. I decided I would really like exchange up to the TC20 rather than repair the TC10. At the time I thought the treadles on the TC10 were too short. Well had the machine been installed properly that would not have been the case. The whole control panel was tipped back to the rear due to the improper installation! But I am still thrilled I switched because as the technician dismantled the TC10, parts of the frame were bent due to being improperly installed the first time. Seriously, the technician who originally installed the TC10 back in July should be responsible for the damages to this machine! It was crazy how improperly it was put together. The leveling legs didn’t even touch the ground. So… todays technician to assembly the TC 20 and disassemble and haul away the TC10 was a younger gentleman named Ben who works for Grizzly Logistics. What a difference a technician makes! He was fast, courteous and knew what was going on. The previous technician acted like he had never seen one of these machines before and took twice as long! Ben knew his stuff. Thank you for sending a Grizzly Logistics who knew what they were doing, and was able to take care of my problem.
