These people keep calling my elderly mothers cell phone asking for someone that we have never heard of. Tell them this every time and they keep call her cell phone every day. Going to turn this over to the Lawyer if they don't stop calling her cell phone. Its harassment pure and simply. It would do them good to pay attention when they are told they have the wrong phone number.

I paid my hospital bills off months ago and I'm still getting calls from these people. Done called the hospital about this and they say they told them my account was paid in full.

they called me and asked if they were speaking with me. I said yes. They then asked me if I still resided at a certain address. I REFUSE to give out personal information to someone I do not know who is calling me let alone someone I do not know. Why would I just give you this information. She then stated she would mail a letter to the address they have on file. She also stated she could not give out personal information without verifying who she was speaking to. I repeated "you asked me if I was "my name" and then you said you couldn't verify who I was." I seriously doubt anyone is going to say they are someone when they aren't. Especially not recognizing the phone number. She then repeated they would mail a letter to the address they have on file and hung up on me.

This company calls me daily, and every single day I can hear vague noises over the phone and someone breathing. No one says a word. They hang up without ever saying anything. I haven't answered in the number in ages, but they keep calling.

You misspelled "attorney's". How do you expect to be taken seriously with your incredibly unprofessional manner & language? Surely you do not conduct business like that.

MSCB is not a sales office. Therefore, the "Do Not Call List" does not pertain to them. If they're calling your house for the wrong number, simply call back & let them know. Your number will be removed. Sometimes people put down the wrong number when leaving contact information, whether it be accidental or not. All these questions/comments you're posting up here are not resolving anything because you're not speaking directly to whom the concern is with. You have to call the office to get an representative to help you if you have questions/concerns/complaints.

These people are harassing me. They call at least once a day and there is no one on the phone. i don't even get a computer. I can hear the person calling breathing in the phone they just won't talk.
