The job performed by the employees is good, however, they are not overly friendly. The waiting area is small and they sometimes run out of seats for those waiting. I have been satisfied with the outcome for nails and pedicures except one time. I wanted both and sat down at the pedicure station. I waited about 15 minutes with my feet in water. The employee finally started and he was so slow. I spent about 90 minutes in the chair. By this time, there was a back log of people waiting to get their nails done. I had to either wait or leave. I was tired by this time and left. My suggestion is a sign in book and people that want more than one procedure need to have a technician that can take them through the whole process, giving individualized service. I would not mind paying a few dollars more for this luxury. The shop could be a little cleaner and more organzied. I will go back, but only because it is conveniently located.
