Since being under new management, they don't return phone calls, they still have my stuff and have held the money out of my check. The staff can have an "I don't care'" attitude from time to time as if your money doesn't matter. Especially the big guy that comes from the back out of nowhere. No Hello, or anything. Just -"YOU NEED HELP WITH SOMETHING?" Well, darn,a simple " I'm fine and yourself?" would be nice. I went to Jazzy Dancer to get my daughter a pair of cheer shoes.. the staff was so rude, and really could care less if I was there. I asked if there was another store, they said no, but another customer said yes there is.. Dancing Divas in Highland Village,, They are wonderful.. so much nicer, and helpful!
