I dropped off a rx at lunch, drove by the drive thru at 6pm to pick up. There was one car ahead of me, I waited for 21 mins, the car never moved....the sign clearly says drop off and pick up only...CVS let them sit there, drop off and wait, while other customers who were tired from working all day line up behind them, lots of people drove off. I then went inside to wait an additional 10-12 mins with only 1 person ahead of me...for them to tell me that they could not fill the rx as written. I asked for my rx slip back, went to Walgreens and they filled it immediately. CVS....you need to step up your game, I will NEVER shop with you again and I will tell my friends what happened.
