This apartment complex appears to be nice from the outside, however, they have several issues with the upkeep of their grounds ie- pot holes, trash scattered about. Additionally, the apartments are sub-standard upon move-in. They do not make all needed repairs from the previous tenant. I recently moved to the Jackson, MS area from out of state. Damon was fantastic in working with me to find a safe place for my family and I. We have currently rented from him for over a year and half and both Damon and his staff are GREAT! Very timely with repairs and very concerened and attentive with any questions or concerns that we have ever had.
