Zero stars was not an option. Worse service I've had since Cellular One (early 1990's). I switched from AT&T hoping to have better service. Wrong! Bad mistake. Worse than you can imagine. And calling for tech support or phone problems is worse than New Deli. Stay away from this company and their plans. ...read more

They lied a lot about date of completion, about what's wrong,etc.\t\nIt's more a corporation efficiency problem - the people at the stores send the computers to be fixed at the nearest service center [which is in KY for this branch]. The service center has no inquiry center and does not tell the stores anything about the progress of the fix, the diagnosis, how long until completion, etc.\t\nTo cover up what they do not know, the people at the stores lie about what they themselves know and do not know, and about what they will do for you, the customer. It was not until I asked probing questions several times that they finally tried to gather information about my computer to give to me. After about 30 days with no end in sight I asked to have my computer sent back as soon as possible so that I can have it fixed locally by another company. This is a new computer that I bought from them [Best Buy/Geek Squad ]; I did not expect trouble so soon and customer service so poor. Note: They do not answer the phones. ...read more
